Aftersales Manager – Location: Southampton | Salary: up to £55,000 plus bonus, OTE up to £70,000 + Car | Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm | Ref: 30177
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Southampton area. This is a superb opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to work for a busy and well-established main dealer site, working for a fantastic brand.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the Aftersales department, including day‑to‑day running of the Workshop, managing Technicians/Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, ensuring Service Advisors are customer focused, and achieving upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
* Work closely with senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, with a focus on continuously improving the department and exceeding targets.
* Lead in a way that delivers excellent customer service, collaborates with staff to maximise performance, and establish the department as a strong, well-regarded operation.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience from a large site, prestige brand, with a track record of running a large operation.
* A proven and solid Aftersales Management background is essential.
* Main Dealership experience is essential; at least 3 years.
* Relevant systems experience such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1 Link would be advantageous.
