What you’ll be doing:
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships across our core markets.
* Identifying opportunities for growth and introducing Fabric’s tailored recruitment solutions.
* Managing the full business development cycle, from lead generation through to client onboarding.
* Working closely with our consultants to deliver an exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.
* Representing Fabric at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within recruitment, but not essential).
* A confident communicator who can build trust and rapport quickly.
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
