We’re working with a fast-growing startup that are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team!
This role is integral in ensuring this brand’s customers have a great experience across every touchpoint, so there’s a chance to have a really big impact here.
What will your role involve?
Working alongside the Retention & CRM Lead, you’ll be working on top campaigns that really speak to and engage their audience.
You’ll be:
* Running seasonal campaigns
* Building and improving automated journeys like onboarding and win-backs
* Collaborating with agencies to keep campaigns sharp and on time
* Utilising user feedback to fine-tune your messaging and targeting
* Testing, learning, and optimising…consistently using data to back your decisions
* Exploring new areas like loyalty, feedback loops, and post-purchase areas

Who are they looking for?
* You’re someone who can thrive in a startup environment
* You’ve ideally worked in a startup, or for a D2C company, within CRM
* You're very analytical, and love data
* You’ve got a really strong eye for detail, and you know what makes excellent comms
* You’re proactive and curious when it comes to learning
* You’re solid when it comes to A/B testing and performance analysis
* You’re passionate about improving the customer experience

💸 Salary: Up to £55,000
🏡 WFH: 3 days in London office
