The job holder will be responsible for the day to day management and functioning of the administrative and clerical service for the Radiology & Imaging service incorporating main x-ray at BRI, Medical Physics, Maternity ultrasound, Booking Office and reception at St Lukes and the reception at Eccleshill Community Diagnostic Centre. The post holder will be supported by band 4 team managers and band 3 team leaders. The job holder will be responsible for the day to day management and functioning of the administrative and clerical service for Radiology & Imaging. Acting as Line Manager the job holder will provide support to staff in delivering their duties as agreed with Directorate and Divisional priorities. Responsible for ensuring the wide range of administrative duties are completed within agreed timescales and dealing with issues as they arise, escalating appropriately. To ensure all patients are seen and recorded accurately with relation to National and Local waiting time standards.
