Job Description
3. Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies effectively.
5. Maintain and update accounts payable records in the system.
6. Assist with month-end tasks, including reporting and account reconciliations.
7. Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders professionally.
8. Collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to ensure smooth operations.
9. Support the team with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
11. 2-5 years experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
12. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
15. Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
16. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the property industry.
