Administration Assistant
Permanent
35 hours per week – 8.00am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday 39 weeks per annum (term time plus INSET days)
Role
The Head Teacher and Governing Body are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant, reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Qualifications
* A high standard of literacy and numeracy
* Excellent IT, organisational and communication skills
* Recent experience of working within a school office environment
* Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks
Context
Olton Primary is a large, three-form entry school, and staff should be prepared for a significant amount of walking throughout the day due to the size of the site.
