In their Scheme Assistant role, you’ll provide on-site support and front-line service at older persons’ housing schemes, ensuring a safe, well-managed, and responsive environment for residents.
* Location: Oundle / Woodford / Raunds
* Salary: Up to £23,751 per year
* Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Month Maternity Cover
* Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.15pm, 1-hour break)
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as their Scheme Assistant:
* Manage the day-to-day service delivery of three schemes acting as a point of contact for their residents enabling them to live independently.
* Helping to engage residents and supporting in the creation of community.
* Support residents and raise any wellbeing concerns to manager or relevant team.
* Help customers in relation to housing management and maintenance issues.
* Reporting, and monitoring building repairs through to completion.
* Support with viewings for new customers, and help customers settle into the schemes.
* Complete site compliance checks / premise inspections.
* Identifying anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns and referring through to the relevant teams or agencies.
