Personal Assistant - Rochester – Full Time Office based - Up to £40,000
A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors in the business. This company is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Personal Assistant, who can assist with providing general support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier, allowing them to focus on the business.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Diary management, scheduling meetings and planning events
2. Organising staff social events
3. General personal support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier
4. Greet and provide hospitality to guests and visitors
5. Coordinating and booking international travel
6. Assist in the creation of presentation decks & regular reports
7. Screening Director’s phone calls, enquiries and requests
8. Ordering office equipment
Personal Profile:
1. At least 2 years’ experience in an EA/ PA role
2. Very organised and comfortable in an extremely fast environment where no two days are the same
3. Strong IT skills – specifically with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Teams)
4. Great attention to detail
5. Confident and motivated team player
6. The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
7. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Package:
1. Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE
