About the role
Purpose of the job - To be proactive member of the team - ability to prioritise your workload to ensure timely Recovery and Enforcement of Arrears Actions to meet Key Performance Indicators.
1. To manage your own cohort of clients
2. Working to provide you clients with the best customer journey through the timely actioning of the team processes and working with internal & external stakeholders to provide this
3. Open communication with your client - ability to have difficult conversations with confidence.
4. Assessing client Income and agreeing an affordable payment plan to clear arrears accrued
About Us
Income Team Housing Advice Service - To maximise income from clients placed in Emergency Accomodation - Longer Term TA placements through timely recovery and enforcement action
We are based with the Housing Advice Team - dealing with clients who are placed under a homeless duty by the team - as a service we have just achieved a DAHA Gold Award for our work with the survivors of Domestic Abuse
- including details of the overall service if appropriate. You can also include here any team/service awards, inspection ratings (if applicable), positives, direction and culture of the service/team etc.
