Our client are seeking a talented and driven Midweight Designer to join them. The team are dynamic and collaborative, working to deliver high-quality workplace projects throughout the city.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute across all stages of the design process, from initial concept development through to on-site delivery. You will work closely with a wider project team, supporting and occasionally leading design initiatives while ensuring creativity, innovation, and technical excellence are consistently achieved.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience with commercial interior workplace projects
* Strong conceptual and creative design ability
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
* Good understanding of project delivery stages and technical processes
* Proficiency in Revit
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and contribute to project design concepts and key criteria
* Support and lead design presentations and preparation of materials
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects to a high standard
* Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages
* Assist in producing technical and production information
* Contribute to client presentations and design discussions
* Support project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Represent the business at industry events and professional engagements
