Full‑time working patterns available.
40 hours per week, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (weekend hours required, ideally Saturdays)

Must be registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).

Role
Dispensing Optician Manager – responsible for delivering high‑quality customer service, coordinating with optometrists, managing after‑sales service and complaints, contributing to sales targets, and supporting team development.
Responsibilities
* Provide good levels of customer service to customers at all times.
* Liaise with optometrists to ensure that each customer receives a consistent quality handover.
* Manage after‑sales service, including complaints and problem solving, in a customer‑service‑focused ‘can‑do’ manner.
* Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets by demonstrating effective professional sales techniques.
* Conduct 1‑to‑1 meetings.
Qualifications
* Qualified and GOC‑registered Dispensing Optician.
* Strong clinical judgment and willingness to be hands‑on.
* Excellent rapport‑building skills with the team.
