## Deputy Store Manager 40 hours/week - Newtownards & Belfast ForestsideUnited KingdomThis is a Deputy Manager position, sitting between an Assistant Manager and a Store Manager, created to support the continued growth of the franchise. Your home store will be Newtownards, however you’ll also be required to support and cover other stores within the franchise, including Belfast Forestside, as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader looking to take the next step towards Store Management. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead and support established teams, acting as a key point of leadership across the franchise when required. With a proven sales background and experience meeting and exceeding KPIs, you’ll take a numbers‐focused and commercial approach, driving results through your people while maintaining a holistic view of the business.You’ll bring strong operational experience, energy, and engagement to your teams and customers. Confident stepping into responsibility across multiple sites, you’ll be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable supporting different stores as business needs change.
