Salary circa £24,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience + commission
Hours: MonThurs: 9am5pm (30 min lunch)
Friday: 9am5pm (1 hour lunch)
Saturdays: 9am1pm (1 in 4)

Essentials
* Industry experience preferred but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Possessing, or willingness to undertake, a qualification meeting minimum requirements for Propertymark membership (MARLA)
Overall Objective
To manage an allocated portfolio of residential rental properties on behalf of landlords, from instruction through to letting and ongoing management.
The role involves marketing properties, vetting tenants, preparing tenancy documentation and managing the full tenancy lifecycle. Ongoing management includes compliance monitoring, lease renewals, rent reviews, mid-term inspections and arranging repairs in line with current legislation.
Training and completion of the Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management will be required.
