The role of Marketing Lead involves:
Planning and executing impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, PR, press, email, events).
Managing and growing our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry directories.
Owning our social media strategy – from crafting engaging content to driving conversations and clicks.
Creating a compelling content strategy, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
Building relationships with media contacts and industry partners to boost brand visibility.
Planning and coordinating events that connect us with prospects and elevate our profile.
Owning the marketing budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.
For the Marketing Lead role, you need:
Proven experience in a Marketing role, ideally within a digital agency, eCommerce, or B2B environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and event management.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
A strategic mindset with strong planning and project management skills.
Creative flair and a passion for building brand equity.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
