Exciting Opportunity: Community Dietitian – Central London Community Healthcare
Central London Community Healthcare is looking for an experienced and motivated Dietitian to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by supporting patients to manage their health and wellbeing at home.
You’ll use and build upon your strong clinical knowledge in nutrition support and chronic disease management, contributing to high-quality, person-centred care within the community.
This is a full-time, 9-month fixed-term position (maternity cover), with flexibility available — we welcome applications from those seeking part-time hours or alternative working patterns.
Managing your own clinical caseload, you will see housebound patients in their own home. You will cover the Kilburn and Willesden areas of Brent.
You must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a community setting. Communicating evidence-based personalised dietetic advice to the diverse population of Brent in an engaging style is a key component of this position.

Responsibilities
* Manage your own clinical caseload; see housebound patients in their own home in the Kilburn and Willesden areas of Brent.
* Utilise and develop clinical knowledge in nutrition support and chronic disease management to provide high-quality, person-centred community care.
* Communicate evidence-based, personalised dietetic advice in an engaging style to the diverse Brent population.
* Participate in the team’s peer support meetings and provide 1:1 practice supervision to facilitate clinical excellence and personal development.
* Engage in the annual audit programme, student training, and support for innovative service changes alongside colleagues.
Qualifications and requirements
* Demonstrated enthusiasm for working in a community setting.
* Strong clinical knowledge in nutrition support and chronic disease management.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations in Brent.
* Willingness to participate in supervision, audits, and training as part of professional development.
