Job Role - Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor Location - Nottinghamshire Daily Rate - £170 - £180 per day Contract: - 6 Months Contract Are you passionate about creating safer, healthier, and happier workplaces? Our client is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join their team and champion a proactive safety culture across our organisation. About the Role As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert advice, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, while promoting initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing. You will work closely with managers, staff and external partners to identify risks, drive improvement and embed a positive, preventative approach to safety and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and review Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments Conduct site inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure legal and internal compliance Deliver engaging training and toolbox talks on H&S and wellbeing topics Support wellbeing programmes and initiatives that foster a supportive workplace culture Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements Provide expert advice to all levels of the organisation on H&S and wellbeing matters About You NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required; Diploma or higher qualification desirable Strong knowledge of current H&S legislation and best practice Excellent communication and influencing skills A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships Passionate about promoting wellbeing and continuous improvement
