EA to Senior Banker, Investment Banking (City) 22772
£60,000 + bonus + benefits
Do you have Global Head/MD-level EA/PA experience, gained from Investment Banking (minimum 5 years at this level)?

As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
* Supporting a senior banker predominantly on 1:1 basis, in busy role!
* Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
* Extensive and often complex global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
* Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
* Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
* Processing expenses
* Building relationships with a variety of internal/external stakeholders
* Inbox management/gatekeeping
* Ad hoc personal work
* Will also provide some support 2 bankers, lighter touch
* Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
* Can work from home 1 day
The skills you need to bring:
* Solid EA/PA experience, gained from Investment Banking/Private Equity firm, Deal-driven / front office environment essential!
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Team player and a sense of humour
* Resilient and positive self-starter
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
