JOB ROLE
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial & Business Development:
1. Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs across your territory.
2. Lead monthly business reviews with salon accounts, using performance data to drive improvements.
3. Maximise time management and minimise business costs through strategic journey planning.
4. Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across styling tools, products, and services.
5. Collaborate with education and marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion.
New Business Development & Territory Expansion:
6. Identify, prospect, and secure new salon partnerships aligned with brand standards.
7. Deliver compelling pitches and commercial proposals tailored to client objectives.
8. Present compelling commercial proposals and product demonstrations.
9. Execute territory growth plans based on market insights, competitor activity, and brand strategy.
Relationship Management & Brand Advocacy:
10. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing salon accounts, focusing on understanding their business goals, challenges, and growth potential.
11. Conduct regular account reviews and provide coaching to elevate performance.
12. Build trusted relationships with salon owners, stylists, and educators.
13. Represent the brand at trade shows, regional events, and salon activations.
Revenue & Commercial Growth:
14. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across salon accounts.
15. Maximise sell-in and sell-out performance through tailored business plans.
16. Identify and execute upsell opportunities across styling tools, accessories, and retail programs.
Performance & Reporting:
17. Track KPIs including revenue, new account acquisition, average order value, and retention.
18. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
19. Provide weekly updates and strategic insights to leadership.
REQUIRMENTS
20. Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or regional management. Experience in the spa, hair, beauty, or wellness sector would be desirable.
21. Proven success in winning and launching new business partnerships.
22. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
23. Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work.
24. Confident communicator and relationship builder with a passion for premium beauty and styling.
25. Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc.
26. Full clean UK driving license.
27. Proficient in CRM systems and performance reporting.
