About the job Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including processing invoices and posting receipts/payments. Assist with month-end procedures such as journal postings, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Process employee expenses, credit card transactions, petty cash, and complete bank reconciliations. Assist with ad hoc reporting, projects, and administrative tasks as required. Your skills & experience Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounts or administrative role within a busy office environment. Previous experience of processing weekly and monthly payroll. Experience using Sage Payroll is desirable. Hands-on experience in accounts receivable and/or purchase ledger processing. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
