Registered Manager (RMN) – Mental Health Residential Service Full-time | 37.5 hours per week £50000 Are you an experienced mental health nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation in care? We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager (RMN) to lead a newly established, purpose-built 26-bed residential service for adults with enduring mental health needs. This is a rare opportunity to shape and manage an exciting new nurse-led model of care, providing 24-hour therapeutic and rehabilitative support within a safe and homely environment. Key Responsibilities As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and performance of the service — ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and positive outcomes for residents. You will: Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled nursing and care team. Ensure all support plans are person-centred, regularly reviewed, and aligned with residents’ needs and goals. Foster a positive, transparent culture that promotes safeguarding, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and health & safety standards. Oversee budgets, occupancy, and resource management to ensure the service is financially sustainable. Model values of respect, inclusion, and compassionate leadership in daily practice. About You You’ll be a confident, empathetic leader with the ability to balance quality care with operational excellence.
