We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join Ottolenghi’s Central Production Unit and take a leading role in creating our high-quality baked goods. This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage production, mentor junior bakers, and help maintain the efficiency and excellence of our bakery. What you’ll do: Lead the preparation and baking of a wide range of bakery products Ensure all products meet Ottolenghi’s recipes and quality standards Monitor baking processes, including mixing, proofing, baking, and cooling Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products Supervise, train, and mentor junior bakers and bakery assistants Assign tasks, oversee daily operations, and provide feedback to the team Manage inventory, coordinate ingredient orders, and minimise waste Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised workspace What we’re looking for: Minimum of 1 years’ professional baking experience.
