About you
As our Chef, you will have lots of stamina, patience, creativityand imagination withan abundanceof great ideas to enhancemealtimes. The key responsibilities of the role include theplanning, preparation and serving of age appropriate,nutritiousandwell-balancedmeals and snacks catering for the children’s individualdietaryrequirementsand food allergies. You will be responsible for theordering, control, storage and rotation of kitchen stock and ensuring that you and Kitchen Assistantsensure hygiene andcleanlinesswithin the kitchen is of the highest standard in accordance withEnvironmentalHealthrequirementsand legislation.
Minimum Level 3 qualification in food hygiene is an essential requirement along with excellent knowledge of current legislations in Environmental Health and Food Standards Agency.
