Job Description
* To support with daily administration duties and assisting with the general function of the office, including greeting customers and answering the phone as and when required.
* To assist the Business Support Team with general administration duties, for example daily and end of month reports.
* To administer, up to date project works to support with the strategic intent of South West Larder.
* Carry out projects and or other tasks as requested by the Commercial & Technical Director, Senior Members of the South West Larder Management Team or Business Support Manager.
* To support with the collection and upload of data for the business assets, including producing reports when required, and implementing data on our CAFM system.
* To work with other contractors supporting with the maintenance and day to day running of the facilities of all the equipment within the business.
* To liaise with other functions within the business to support with the general running of the office.
* To raise purchase orders for business needs, ensuring that the data is fully logged and tracked.
* To assist where necessary in the collating any data or traceable information as required.
* To provide analytical support and compilation of data.
* To support the Procurement Manager and Units, with the effective management and control of: Purchasing, Storage, Distribution and Management of stock.
* Support and assist in the management of the Gateway Logistics Hub.
* To effectively, efficiently and within agreed timelines administer the required process and procedures for South West Larder / Somerset Larder to function within NNB contract.
* To interact with the various NNB departments, managing expectations, setting target dates for completion.
* To assist with the DMS (Delivery Management System) supporting the Transport Team with the implementation of bookings to and from site (HPC).
* To attend meetings, workshops and training sessions in support of the Management Team.
* The successful candidate needs to be someone who has an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. This role will vary on a daily basis and can at times be pressurised due to the nature of the contract.
* Predominately based at Gateway Logistics Hub, TA6 6GY and Compass House TA6 6FA, on occasions attendance at other units and at meeting / project locations may be required.
* Completion of Security onboarding mandatory.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:
Essential
* Administration experience
* Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE, Functional Skills or equivalent qualification)
* The skills to build rapport quickly with key individuals
* IT skills including and ability to use Microsoft Office
* Can use Excel and PowerBI
* A confident communicator, by telephone and email
* Needs to hold a clean driving licence
Desirable
* Knowledge of catering (Desirable)
Qualifications
* Level 2 - English or equivalent
* Level 2 - Maths or equivalent
* Level 2 - IT or equivalent
