Long Term Futures are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive primary school in the Thornton Heath area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that could become a permanent position for the right person.
The school is well-regarded for its friendly atmosphere and brilliant facilities, which include an Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP). The role is a key part of the school's wrap-around care, with shifts running between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Nursery Teacher with daily routines and educational activities.
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
* Communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* Contributing to the positive and proactive nursery team.
We are also interested in speaking with experienced Room Leaders looking for their next challenge.
What we are looking for:
* A recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
* A genuine passion for working with young children.
* Strong communication skills and a creative, patient nature.
Pay and Benefits
* Daily Rate: £95-£115, depending on experience.
* Contract: Long-term with the potential for a permanent role.
* Start Date: ASAP.
* Full-time, consistent hours.

* The opportunity to attend a trial day.
