We’re Durham City Youth Project, a small but ambitious charity making a big difference in the lives of children and young people across County Durham. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, energetic and ready to create positive change.
We are recruiting for an 18-hour position supporting our weekly evening youth club sessions across local communities. Every week is different, one day you might be delivering sports, games or creative activities, and the next you may be helping a young person navigate challenges, build positive relationships, or try something new.
You don’t need to be a fully qualified youth worker; we welcome applications from youth workers, sports coaches and play workers, as well as people with strong experience working with young people in any setting. We will provide training and support for the right person.
