The successful candidate will ensure exceptional standards throughout all production facilities. With a relentless focus on efficiency and performance, the successful candidate will embed best-in-class practices that elevate output and deliver outstanding value to customers. Working closely with the board and other Directors, the successful strategic leader will ensure functions are aligned with strategic priorities, delivering measurable impact across cost, quality, delivery, and end-to-end efficiency.
