We are looking for an enthusiastic RVN to join our expanding and experienced team at Lady Dane Vets. Our team comprises 2 vets, 3 nurses, 4 receptionists, and a practice manager, including an experienced RVN. We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses or those returning after a break.
About us
Our practice is large, busy, and purpose-built in Faversham, with a recently refurbished smaller branch in Whitstable, Kent. The role involves working across both sites.
Both practices are progressive and well-equipped with digital radiography, endoscopy, ultrasound, doppler, laboratory, ECG, tonometry, and dental x-ray. We promote regular training, clinical meetings, and encourage professional development and progression within our team.
About the role
Your daily duties will include theatre work, Schedule 3 procedures, dental and digital radiography, nurse consultations, ultrasound, laboratory work, dispensing, infection control, and maintaining high standards of client and patient care, primarily for dogs and cats.
We support your development through specialised training academies in the UK, and as a training practice, there is potential to become a clinical coach if you wish.

A full-time rota is 4 weekdays from 08:00 to 18:30. Flexible or part-time hours are also considered. Weekends involve 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8am to 4pm, with time in lieu and opportunities to run puppy parties with the nursing team. No bank holidays or out-of-hours work are required.
