Emmanuel College, affectionately known as Emma, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic and close-knit catering team.
Emmanuel is renowned for its exceptional food and professional service. The catering team delivers a wide range of dining experiences—from high-volume cafeteria-style service to exquisite fine dining—for College members and external clients.
About the Role:
* Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week)
* Includes evening and alternate weekend shifts on a rota basis
* Workload varies across the academic year, with exciting opportunities to cater for conferences, weddings, and special events

About You:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (minimum)
* Passionate about food and cookery
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of food law and allergen information
