💼 The Roles
🔹 Public Family Law Solicitor
* Care proceedings
* PLO matters
* Advocacy and court representation
* Working with vulnerable clients and local authorities
🔹 Private Family Law Solicitor
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Children Act matters
* Domestic abuse / injunction applications
Both roles offer autonomy over your caseload, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to work within an experienced and collaborative team.
👤 The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in either Public or Private Family Law
* Comfortable managing files independently
* Strong drafting and advocacy skills
* Client-focused and commercially aware
* Able to attend court as required
You do not need experience in both areas — specialists in either public or private work are encouraged to apply.
