* Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space
* Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service
* Know menu, menu prices, and composition of food and beverage menu items; be familiar with all daily specials with proper plating procedures and restaurant promotions
* Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and on split duty
* Must possess service-oriented attitude and be adept at handling guests
* Must be able to work under stress and be adaptable
