* Mentor and guide junior staff in their daily field and office tasks, fostering quality, accuracy, and safety in project execution.
* Develop work programs, conceptual site models, and proposals, ensuring clarity, scope alignment, and strong client relationships.
* Manage assigned projects end‑to‑end, including scheduling, budget tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
* Prepare project documentation—including health and safety plans, sampling plans, regulatory forms—and coordinate subcontractors and equipment.
* Conduct review and interpretation of historical records, lab reports, environmental data, and draft reports prepared by junior colleagues.
* Support senior team members with client engagement, business development, and long‑term strategic planning.
* Participate in field programs as needed, overseeing soil logging, groundwater and surface water sampling, surveys, soil vapour testing, and indoor air sampling.
