We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Assistant to join our sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in-person
Maintain product knowledge to effectively promote and upsell items
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Stay up to date with promotions, new products, and company policies
