As a Care Assistant at Welwyn Grange, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care. You will show genuine kindness, empathy and respect, placing our residents at the heart of everything you do and helping them feel truly at home.
You will support residents to live their lives with dignity, independence and choice, celebrating individuality and delivering personalised care of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Being a caring, friendly and attentive listening ear for our residents
* Empowering residents to make their own choices and maintain independence
* Supporting residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
* Creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment where residents feel valued and respected
About You
* You will have previous experience working in a care home
* You will share our values and demonstrate compassion, courage and professionalism
* You will have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
* You will have a natural warmth and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives
