Contracts Manager
to join our team.
This role will put you right at the heart of our projects – overseeing multiple contracts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our clients are delighted with the results.
What the role involves
* Carrying out pre-start site surveys
* Managing flooring contracts across a range of commercial projects
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations, making sure work is delivered on time, on budget and to spec
* Working closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Regular site visits, quality checks and health & safety inspections
* Preparing schedules, progress reports and cost forecasts
* Tackling problems quickly and effectively when they arise
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager (ideally in flooring, interiors or construction)
* Good knowledge of flooring processes and materials
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Able to manage multiple projects at once
* Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
* Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Full UK driving licence
