UKI Senior Data Development Analyst
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior CRM Data Analyst to work closely with the CRM Data Development Lead in supporting data-driven CRM campaigns for our Flutter UKI brands—Betfair, Paddy Power, and Sky Betting & Gaming. In this role, you will focus on analysing customer data, providing insights to optimise CRM strategies, and helping to deliver personalised, targeted campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM segmentation, targeting, personalization and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Data Analysis & Insights
1. Analyse large-scale data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for optimising segmentation, targeting and personalisation strategies.
2. Provide actionable insights to advise CRM strategies, improving customer engagement, personalisation, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Support the development and execution of data-driven strategies for customer journeys across all CRM channels.
2. Segmentation & Targeting Support
4. Assist the CRM Data Development Lead in developing and refining customer segmentation strategies to enhance campaign targeting and personalisation.
5. Use data analysis to build, test, and optimise audience segments, ensuring campaigns are tailored to customer needs and behaviors.
6. Collaborate with the CRM Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives and campaign goals.
7. Deliver centralised data automation solutions which are available to facilitate CRM strategy across all UKI brands.
3. Quality Assurance & Data Validation
8. Conduct meticulous data validation and testing to ensure CRM data outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with campaign objectives.
9. Work closely with the CRM Delivery team to ensure data integrity, and assist in implementing data validation best practices.
10. Support troubleshooting and data issue resolution as needed, ensuring high-quality outputs for all CRM campaigns.
4. Continuous Improvement & Optimisation
11. Find opportunities for process improvements and data optimisation to enhance CRM performance.
12. Investigate CRM data and campaign outcomes to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for optimisation.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new data solutions that improve the efficiency, effectiveness and automation of CRM strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
14. 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development or data engineering within a CRM, marketing, or analytics environment.
15. Proven experience working with large-scale customer data sets and marketing databases.
16. Experience working with multi-brand CRM programs is a strong advantage.
Skills:
17. Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write efficient, readable, and scalable queries.
18. Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
19. Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Unica, Braze, Salesforce).
20. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data complexity into business impact.
