The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day running of all F&B operations. From overseeing service in our restaurant and bar to ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, you will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences.
You will lead, inspire, and develop a talented team, driving both service excellence and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring consistency and quality
2. Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
3. Work closely with the kitchen to deliver beautifully crafted, seasonal menus
4. Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
5. Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
6. Drive revenue and identify opportunities for growth

7. Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role
