We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager (Bakery & Pastry Production)

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the production in our London lab, across pastry, bakery, and viennoiserie (laminated doughs)
* Manage and coordinate the team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Guarantee product quality and consistency according to Copains standards
* Organise production schedules and collaborate with other departments (retail, logistics, R&D)

What We're Looking For
* Solid professional experience in pastry, bakery, or viennoiserie, ideally with exposure to multiple disciplines
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a background in managing production teams
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
