An established and forward-thinking IT services provider based in Horsham is looking for a talented 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical team. The Role:
You'll be providing hands-on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where needed
Deliver a high standard of service and communication to all users
