Experienced HR Generalist to Shape and Support a Creative Design Studio
£55K - £65K p.a. (pro rata)
A collaborative team of architects and designers is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable HR generalist who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
As the studio’s go-to HR contact, you’ll provide trusted advice and practical support across all aspects of HR. From recruitment, payroll and compliance to training, wellbeing and employee relations, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive culture while ensuring processes run smoothly. Reporting directly to the board of directors, you’ll have the scope to make a real impact in a creative, people-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the studio
2. Managing and updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance
3. Overseeing HR systems (Access People HR) and accurate record-keeping
4. Coordinating payroll with external providers
5. Leading recruitment, onboarding, and internship programmes
