The role of Senior Gas Planner will include:
1. Supporting the operational teams to ensure the efficient scheduling of gas works
2. Handling escalations and managing / developing a team to achieve objectives
3. Monitoring workloads through utilising multiple systems to deliver an effective service to customers and other stakeholders
4. Liaising with key departments to ensure smooth running of operations
Skills and experiences:
5. NVQ in Customer Service or Business Admin
6. Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
7. Experience of managing a team and scheduling works would be beneficial
8. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
9. Experience in SAP or DRS (Opti-time) would be an advantage
