Administration Manager - Anaesthetics & T&O

This is a Band 5 admin manager role covering both Anaesthetics and Trauma & Orthopaedics. More information can be found in the attached documents.


Main duties of the job

Rota Management and oversight for T&O and Anaesthetics.

To be accountable for the planning and delivery of all aspects of high-quality admin and secretarial services within the department.

Oversee, lead and co-ordinate all administrative and clerical processes for administrative/secretarial staff within designated service areas, ensuring that a high quality, effective service is delivered.

Monitor patient waiting times and RTT and implement appropriate actions to ensure compliance with local and national targets.
