Salary: £22,000 with an OTE of £30,000
Working Hours: 40 hours
We are looking for candidates with sales and customer service experience to join our friendly team at Lookers Newcastle Customer Contact Centre. You will use your experience to provide exceptional service to our customers. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential.
This is a great opportunity to join Newcastle contact centre as an Aftersales Customer Contact Advisor. Reporting to Steven Bell, the Central Sales and Customer Service Manager, you will work alongside our team of advisors. You will receive guidance and in-house training to develop your skills and establish a successful career in the automotive industry.
Your role involves delivering world-class customer experiences for our Vauxhall, Renault, Dacia, Nissan, and Ora centres across the UK. You will liaise with customers via telephone and digital channels to arrange services, MOTs, and repairs. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual looking to grow their career.
Responsibilities
* Booking services, MOTs, and repairs with our centres.
* Resolving customer queries efficiently.
* Building long-lasting relationships with centres across the UK.
* Providing fair and consistent treatment to all customers.
* Having strong computer skills, working confidently in a target-based environment, and achieving KPIs.
Qualifications
The role requires excellent computer skills, confidence in a target-driven environment, and strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner. You should be able to build rapport easily.
In addition to booking appointments, you will also upskill and coach other customer advisors, deliver training to new starters, and share best practices with colleagues. You will work closely with the team leader and manager to prepare coaching content for advisors.
