Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 + Bonus + Pension

Key Responsibilities
* Lead engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring asset integrity, availability, and reliability.
* Drive maintenance improvements, aligning with operational goals and contract KPIs.
* Oversee planned/unplanned maintenance, plant outages, and projects, ensuring CMMS compliance.
* Implement and maintain effective preventative maintenance routines to manage risks.
* Develop and maintain clear planning processes for maintenance, outages, and projects.
* Monitor machinery performance, proactively addressing potential failures.
* Improve plant reliability through structured improvement processes and upgrades.
* Engage in safety initiatives, including hazard reporting, audits, and investigations.
* Provide technical support, training, and coaching to team members.
* Manage projects in line with change management procedures, supporting client-led initiatives.
* Act as Line Manager, conducting performance reviews and supporting staff development.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and oversee specialist contracts within budget.
* Support warranty claims related to premature equipment failures.
What You Need
HNC in Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in engineering management within a multi-disciplined team.
Strong knowledge of mechanical methods, materials, and equipment, including turbo expanders, rotating plant, and marine diesel engines.
Passion for leading teams, problem-solving, and driving maintenance excellence.
