Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated civil works schedules aligned to programme milestones.
* Collaborate with project teams to build programmes from first principles.
* Assure supply chain schedules and contract compliance.
* Identify interfaces, risks, efficiencies, and mitigation strategies.
* Support progress reporting, updates, and forecast to complete.
* Produce accurate month-end forecasts, baselines, and performance reports.
* Analyse schedule variance and drive continuous improvement.
* Facilitate and contribute to planning and schedule workshops.
* Manage key stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
* Support delivery of high-quality project controls information.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
* Strong planning and scheduling knowledge.
* Experience in Primavera P6.
* Construction or major project environment experience.
* Understanding of design and construction processes.
* Knowledge of CDM and regulated environments.
* Awareness of NEC, FIDIC, or similar contracts.
* Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
