Part of a wider global group, the business is already delivering revenues of c.£40m and has a clear, ambitious plan to scale to £100m in the coming years through a blend of organic growth and strategic acquisition.
This is a pivotal, hands‑on role as the number one in finance, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team and shaping the financial direction of the business during a transformative period. It offers the ideal platform for someone who wants to make a visible impact, influence decision‑making, and play a central role in driving commercial performance.
The Head of Finance will lead the finance function end‑to‑end, ensuring the business is equipped with high‑quality reporting, insightful analysis, and robust financial control. You’ll work closely with operations and the wider leadership team to support growth, challenge performance, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end processes
Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support strategic decision‑making
Partner closely with operational teams to drive performance and efficiency
Strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems as the business scales
Support M&A activity, integration, and investment appraisal
Act as a trusted advisor to the SLT and Group stakeholders
Manage a small team
About You
This role is ideal for a practice‑trained or industry‑qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is ready to step into a high‑impact leadership position. You may currently be a Finance Manager or Financial Controller looking for your first number‑one role, or an existing Head of Finance seeking a more dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
