Role Summary
Responsible for designing and delivering automated workflows that manage the deployment and operation of servers, applications, and cloud infrastructure. The role replaces manual IT tasks with reliable, repeatable automation to improve speed, consistency, and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain automation using VMware Aria Automation (vRA), Aria Orchestrator (vRO), OpenText OO, and Ansible
2. Create self‑service provisioning for infrastructure and platform resources
3. Design orchestration workflows across Windows, Linux, VMs, networks, and databases
4. Standardise configuration, updates, and operational processes through automation
5. Ensure automation is well‑documented, tested, and production‑ready
Skills & Experience
6. Hands‑on Experience with infrastructure or cloud automation
7. Strong knowledge of vRA, vRO, OpenText OO, and/or Ansible
8. Experience working across Linux and Windows environments
9. Understanding of virtualised and cloud infrastructure
