Nottinghill Genesis are looking for an experienced PA for 12 months with the opportunity to go temp to perm FTC after 3 months pending on quality of work. You will be 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The role requires handling highly sensitive information, producing accurate, high-quality documents and reports, and leading or supporting internal projects. The PA must maintain strict confidentiality when working with documents and stakeholders. In addition, the role contributes to improving administrative processes and plays an active part in the wider EA/PA network-supporting colleagues and modelling best practice The ideal candidate needs be confident in diary management, managing emails and responding to emails. They need to be someone who is good with people and provides good customer service as you will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Must also have previous experience of providing PA/EA support at director level. Experience of and ability to build and effectively manage relationships at a senior level including those with boards, customers, partners and a range of stakeholders. Experience of managing projects to deliver successful outcomes.
