About You
? Proven track record in used car sales
ideally in a high-volume or supermarket-style environment ? Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team ? Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style ? Strong organisation, communication, and motivational skills ? FCA accredited (or willing to train) ? Target-driven, resilient, and passionate about sales Whats on Offer
