Quantum Care seeks a Care Assistant for Willow Court, an 81‑bed care home in Harpenden.
Hours & Location
Full time. Shifts: 7:30‑2:30 am or 2:30‑9:30 pm. Weekdays and alternate weekends required. Location: Aldwickbury Crescent, Harpenden AL5 5SD.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Provide compassionate care for older people, meeting physical, emotional and social needs.
* Demonstrate good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* First‑class induction training is provided; no prior experience required.
* Work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Be at least 18 years old.
