Are you a high-performing Sales Trader with a passion for crypto and a deep understanding of institutional markets?
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital asset firm that’s reshaping how institutions engage with cryptocurrencies. If you're someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, executing smart trades, and staying ahead of market trends — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Execute trades across crypto products: spot, derivatives, structured products — always aiming for optimal execution and client satisfaction
* Build and grow relationships with institutional clients, hedge funds, family offices, and HNWIs
* Deliver tailored market insights, trading ideas, and investment solutions
* Monitor market trends, news, and macro events to identify new opportunities and mitigate risk
* Collaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership and market content
* Be a trusted advisor on market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and portfolio strategies
* Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients
* Ensure full compliance with regulations and internal policies
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in crypto trading, institutional sales, or a related financial services role
* In-depth knowledge of major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, altcoins) and blockchain fundamentals
* Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with trading platforms, OMS, and data tools
* Strong analytical thinking and composure under pressure
* Clear, confident communication skills — able to break down complex ideas for any audience
* A proactive, self-starter mindset — team player with a drive for results
* (Bonus) CFA, CAIA, or other relevant qualifications
* (Bonus) Familiarity with UK/EU crypto regulations
